Biography

Jean-Christophe Staelens is the founder of Loginfra-Strategy and a senior advisor specialised in real estate investment, infrastructure assets and complex development projects.

He advises institutional investors, corporates and public sector organisations on investment transactions, portfolio strategy and the delivery of large-scale development programs. His work combines strategic advisory with hands-on operational execution through senior management assignments.

With more than 25 years of experience, he has been involved in projects across Europe and international markets, including logistics platforms, healthcare infrastructure, mixed-use developments and public housing programmes.

Before founding Loginfra-Strategy, he was Executive Partner at CETIM, advising institutional investors on cross-border real estate investments across Europe.

Earlier in his career, he held senior commercial leadership roles at Ingram Micro and Xerox.

He has served on the boards of several real estate and infrastructure-related organisations in Belgium, France and Luxembourg.

Alongside advisory mandates, he engages in selected board and strategic advisory roles related to real estate investment, infrastructure assets and complex development projects.

Loginfra-Strategy operates as a founder-led advisory practice, ensuring direct senior involvement in all assignments.
