Project coordination considerably improves the efficiency of multidisciplinary project teams. Complex industrial and infrastructure projects require in-house customer expertise (production, logistics, supply chain, operations etc.) as well as external expertise (architect, engineering office, general contractor, technical control office, sustainability expert, depollution expert, safety and security consultant, equipment providers, etc.). Project coordination ensures that all team members and different expertise levels are easily integrated within the project team.
When our customers do not have an internal project manager at their disposal, we provide project management services in addition to project coordination.
