Complex developments generally require the expertise of numerous external parties, such as architects, urban planners, landscape architects, a special techniques engineering office, a stability engineering office, general construction companies, a technical control office, sustainability and circularity experts, a depollution and sometimes an asbestos removal company, equipment manufacturers, quantity and quality surveyors, etc.

After setting up a multidisciplinary project team with the project owner, we coordinate the project team. We integrate all necessary infrastructure and equipment.

Complex projects need to strike the right balance between the legitimate objectives of the shareholders and the concerns of the various stakeholders. In this respect, we ensure coordination through a stakeholders’ management plan.
